  • Absolutely yes, every time. If there is ever an exception, it will be explicitly noted on the product page. We actually go very far out of our way to provide 360-degree views of each individual instrument we offer, along with sound bites. We want your virtual experience to feel as close to reality as possible!

  • Every Lanikai comes with its own branded gig bag. Some others do, and some others don't. If a case is included, we will explicitly say so in our product title or product description. In any event where a case is not included with the instrument, we strongly recommend that you purchase one separately. Every new friend deserves its own portable home. ;)

  • If you're unsure of which case will be the best fit for your new ukulele, give us a call or send us an email, and we'll recommend the best option.

  • If you're watching the UkeBite on our product page, the answer is absolutely yes! If you're watching the UkeBite on YouTube, it's possible that the exact instrument you are viewing has sold. Always refer back to our Shop page for the most recent recordings.

  • We know how cumbersome long-winded videos are. This is why we have cut right to the chase by recording short unfiltered clips. We've kept it simple to highlight the instrument's voice in a fun and relatable way.

  • We find them in our own heads! Believe it or not, every UkeBite is a "snapshot original" we have composed just for you. :)


SHOWROOM

  • Yes! We would love that! Give us a call, and we'll find the time that works best.

  • That's simple! We're not a normal store. We ask our visitors to call ahead because our showroom is located inside our home. This allows us to offer our fullest attention to each visitor, every time.


SHIPPING

  • Each order we ship is packaged with utmost attention to detail and care. Oversized boxes ensure that the instrument is fully couched in a cloud of clean packing material, making for jossle-free travel all the way to its new home.

  • Though you will not be required to sign for your package, we recommend that you find a way to be available when the delivery lands. Between the risks of theft or weather damage, we suggest playing it safe.

  • If your package arrives in a damaged condition, please do not open the package before you’ve taken good pictures. Send us those pictures by email, and we’ll review options together.

  • If your instrument arrives damaged, please contact us right away. If the damage can be photographed, please include pictures as well. We will get right on the case!

  • Your instrument is susceptible to changing temperatures. Please do not leave it outside. We recommend being home when your package arrives. If you live in a cold climate, please let the package warm up to room temperature before you open or play it. Similarly, if you live in a very hot climate, we recommend holding off on unboxing until it’s had time to cool down.

  • We do not currently offer standard shipment options for our international friends. If you live abroad, we invite you to send us an email. We’re happy to review best options depending on your address.
