Standard Shipping
All In-Stock items not requiring a Professional Set-up will ship out within 1-2 business days of your order confirmation. Orders ship via UPS Ground or USPS Standard Mail. Shipping times vary based on location.

Standard Shipping w/ Professional Set-up
All items requiring a Professional Set-up will require an additional 3-5 days of processing. During this time, our expert luthier will fully inspect, clean, set up, and prep your new instrument by hand. This means that your order can be expected to ship within 5-7 business days of your order confirmation, or sooner if possible.

FREE Shipping
All USA Domestic orders over $249 qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

U.S. Shipping Rates
For all orders that do not qualify for FREE Shipping, there will be a Flat Rate Shipping charge of $15.00 applied to the total order.

International Shipping
While we are open to shipping internationally, the order will need to be negotiated separately by email. If you are interested in having your order shipped to an international destination, please Contact Us directly via email.

Inspection Request
Please be sure to inspect your items immediately upon arrival. If there appears to have been any damage whatsoever due to handling during shipment, please contact us immediately. All carriers require claims to be filed in a timely fashion, so any damage due to shipping must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • The Ukebug is not responsible or liable for items sent to addresses incorrectly entered at Checkout, nor is The Ukebug responsible or liable for shipping charges accrued as a result. Please ensure that the shipping address entered at Checkout is correct prior to completing your order.

  • The Ukebug is not responsible for stolen packages delivered to or left at the shipping address.

  • The Ukebug is not responsible for VAT (Value Added Taxes) for international shipping. VAT is not included in the shipping cost.

  • Shipping cost includes handling and material charges.

 

RETURN POLICY


Cancellations
Cancellations are acceptable if submitted prior to shipment. If an order needs to be cancelled, we are happy to issue a full refund minus the cost of processing fees.

Returns / Exchanges
We accept returns for exchange or refund up to 7 calendar days after delivery of the product.

Any requests received more than 7 calendar days after delivery will not qualify for Authorization. Any item returned to the store without Authorization will not be eligible for refund.

To Qualify for Return Authorization:

  • The item for return must be in new, unaltered, and unused condition: free of any signs of wear or damage.

  • All original packaging must be retained in good condition and included with the return.

  • Request for Return Authorization must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • The item must have been part of a standard order (special orders and custom orders are handled on a case-by-case basis).

 To Complete Your Return:

  • Qualifying items will be issued a Return Authorization.

  • The item must be shipped within 5 days of Authorization.

  • You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Once your return has been received, The Ukebug will inspect the item for damage.

  • Once the condition of the item has been confirmed, The Ukebug will issue a full refund less any of the original shipping fees paid by The Ukebug associated with the original shipment, unless the item is being exchanged, in which case The Ukebug will ship the appropriate exchange item and notify you via email with the relevant tracking details.

B-Stock / Private Stock
All sales of B-Stock and Private Stock items are FINAL and sold as-is.

Damaged During Shipment
If an item has been received in poor condition due to mishandling during shipment, please Contact Us immediately.
